To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨日下午茶時段同朋友去食tea tales,唔知點解明明下午茶時段全餐廳只得幾枱客,都要安排將所有客人迫埋一齊坐。明明張二人枱細到放唔晒所有點心,都要寧願將唔同點心搬埋一碟 (睇啲相就知啲野食放到好迫),都唔肯將隔離張枱泊埋一齊放點心。人均消費唔低,但坐得唔舒服, 食得唔舒服。食物質素方面,點心雖有創意,但質素只屬一般,最好食反而係甜品。總括而言, 以人均消費接近$400 /位嚟講,下午茶tea tales性價比低,寧願加多少少錢食國金軒任食點心好過, 起碼唔使好似茶餐廳咁坐到咁迫。

總括而言, 以人均消費接近$400 /位嚟講,下午茶tea tales性價比低,寧願加多少少錢食國金軒任食點心好過, 起碼唔使好似茶餐廳咁坐到咁迫。
