To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.   和同事來這裏午膳,我是第一次來的,環境倒是不錯,人也不是太多。  餐牌上寫的東西,正在排隊的時候,大部分都沒有了。黑椒煙鴨胸汁配意粉或天使的鴨胸沒有了,而肉醬意粉已售馨,第三個是白汁雞肉意粉又沒有了,變成了煙三文魚。於是大家都十分掃興。  我吃的意粉,黑椒汁的味道不錯,但是黑椒汁在器皿底部沉澱成半碗湯,而意粉好像沒有灼透和熟透,吃起來有點韌,真的不太行。唯一可取的是咖啡。個個都在喊不行不行。食物的質素這樣,但竟然還要四十多元。  我猜,日後我都不要再來這裏吃飯了。
