To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午茶當正餐迷你肉醬煎流心蛋飯碗仔翅熱奶茶兩張上碟相片嘅分別係一張係加醋及將煎蛋戳穿另一張係未做加工前,原先嚟到嘅原貌煎蛋要流心先至叫好食佢呢隻蛋嘅蛋黃係橙色,與肉醬混為一色,只有日本蛋嘅蛋黃先至有咁嘅顏色,呢個係日本蛋嘅特色,加上外邊煎得脆口,做得非常出色,相比之下,我自問煎蛋技術絕對比佢遜色。碗仔翅加醋係我嘅慣例,但叫咗職員畀醋我,有兩人應承但來回幾轉都未見有畀,呢個唔知係唔係依家做飲食業樓面嘅慣例?最終我要再次出口問到先至有,以為佢哋會畀預先包裝好嘅方便醋,原來嚟嘅係用小碟裝嚟,顏色較深嘅紅醋,起初唔為意,無試味,慣性直接成碟一滴不漏倒落去,點知就出事,原來酸味比包裝或食開嘅浙醋濃好多,完全蓋過原先碗仔翅嘅味道,下次都係試咗味,然後決定落幾多。記得以前學生年代食嘅碗仔翅係有粉絲,早前兩大一美快餐連鎖店嘅碗仔翅都有仿魚翅,可能成本問題,依家食到碗仔翅有粉絲,甚或有仿翅都幾難,包括呢一間。佢哋呢碗嘢好多木耳絲同雞蛋絲,但肉絲就非常少,我諗一定係同成本問題有關,除非唔係。唔好睇小佢係迷你飯就以為唔飽呀!其實都有一碗飯嘅份量,加埋碗翅同奶茶,莫講話女仕食得飽,男士一樣好飽,除非你可以

佢呢隻蛋嘅蛋黃係橙色,與肉醬混為一色,

唔好以為無可能呀,我親耳聽過有人話自己要食兩個煲仔飯先至夠飽㗎!

埋單計$37,絕對值得,尤其是要畀credit 個流心蛋,真係真心真心真心超級超級超級好食,
重要嘅嘢要講三次。
