To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

網上見大家話呢間係正宗韓國餐廳都唔錯所以就同屋企人過嚟食。叫左個想食好耐既土豆排骨湯，再另加一份調味牛排🥩（有2件）有一點大家要注意‼️生菜要額外收據。因為當時我同職員點完菜後，佢問我要唔要生菜，我以為生菜喺免費，所以叫咗要。到最後先發現張單嘅生菜系要比$60一開始比既六碟小菜呢個係今餐既主角！土豆排骨湯（唔辣）總共有五六舊大骨仲痴住好多肉😋 隨便叫既調味牛排🥩雖然佢未解凍哂，但有驚喜！肉質唔老，醃到好入味👍🏻👍🏻
