To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 也最近才知道,原來老公對添好運一直很有興趣,既然深水埗開了新分店,就趁上週六到黃金整腦前,一齊見識平民米芝蓮魅力! 抵達茶樓時約12點,果然是超多人在等位,我拿到的2人檯已是第152號。而且新店規模擴充後,人手排位情況混亂,店內有多張空桌店外卻人山人海,酷熱天氣等位的食客難免焦躁...早作好等位的心理準備,我與老公決定先研究吃甚麼,發現食物選擇非常有限,很客易就剔出6款心水;不過等到位入座遞紙後,也要等上十多分鐘才上菜: 現成普洱茶($2位)-嗯,這個不用等,因為是現成指定供應的。也是的,店方已經太忙,茶既是配角就可以求其些,味道當然也不用抱期望,其實就與街邊大排檔以茶膽沖出來的茶相約。 酥皮焗叉燒包($12)-最先上檯是滿懷期待的點心,很慶幸質素沒有令人失望:首先外皮夠薄,亦相當酥脆;中間蜜汁叉燒不太肥,夠入味;整髒成品又夠熱,令人滿意! 莫說一客三件,就算四件對兩口子來說也不會過多! 晶瑩鮮蝦餃($18)-飲茶必吃蝦餃,而這裡的出品用的鮮蝦OK,可惜是外面澄皮實在太差,又厚又重粉感,大大拉底了分數,結果吃剩了。 黃沙豬膶腸($15)-是款很特別、(對老公而言)又吸引的點心,可惜中間

晶瑩鮮蝦餃($18)-飲茶必吃蝦餃,而這裡的出品用的鮮蝦OK,可惜是外面澄皮實在太差,又厚又重粉感,大大拉底了分數,結果吃剩了。
 
黃沙豬膶腸($15)-是款很特別、(對老公而言)又吸引的點心,可惜中間的豬膶蒸得超老好嚡口,拖累本來頗幼滑的腸粉,再加上點點怪異薑粒,又成了吃剩貨色。
 
煎腊味蘿蔔糕($10)-簡單得來蘿蔔比例夠高,味清新幾討好!
 
煎蛋牛肉飯($17)-老公大叫肚餓,才要的一客蒸飯,份量原來也真不少。一般餐廳用的都是窩蛋,添好運卻偏偏選用煎蛋,幸而煎蛋也做到半生熟的流心效果,另外厚厚的牛肉層原來是山竹牛肉,很合老公口味,加上軟熟卻分明的飯粒,老公吃得十分滿意。
 
香滑馬拉糕($10)-個人鍾愛的蓮蓉包、奶皇包一概久奉,幸而這裡的馬拉糕質素不錯,我尤其欣賞其質感鬆軟、甜味純正自然,不過吃時糕身頗易散開一籠都是。
 
這頓米芝蓮午餐埋單才$86,的確是便宜沒有話說,但講質素又未達預期水準,加上等位等上菜,這種魅力絕對是見識一次就夠。
 
最後給大家一個貼示:如不想等位以及有更好服務,可以幫襯新店二樓的貴賓廳,不過代價是每桌要吃滿$1000。為此店方又特推$40-$5X的尊貴點心,如黑松露奶凍龍蝦餃等,以及其他小菜,有興趣可致電餐廳留位!
