呢日放工約朋友係銅鑼灣食飯,我哋揀咗重房Omakase前菜岩手縣大船渡真蠔配啫哩好大隻的生蠔呀,而且好新鮮的感覺,啫哩代替了平時的檸檬,好有創意😎磯煮鮑魚-平時食開的磯煮鮑魚比較硬同韌,不過呢個就啱啱好而且食落去甜甜地,好好味, 不用舔醬都可以,不錯不錯👍🏻燒吞拿魚下巴-好特別的一道料理,從來冇食過,肉汁好多,肉質嫩滑,而且擺盆好靚! 生死戀-拖羅口感很獨特而且有小小辣味 赤貝壽司-入口爽脆,又鮮甜 北海道海膽-望見師傅放好多的海膽,好滿足呀,海膽十分鮮甜美味 我覺得每一道料理師傅都很用心製作,而且很精緻,食材都很新鮮!
