To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過見到個門口好有feel呀神秘而又摩登,吸引左我哋嚟食晚飯!蟹肉牛油果沙律一上菜,我哋心諗咁細份嘅……點知食落發現個份量係剛剛好將蟹肉、牛油果、沙律醬、粟米撈埋一齊,配上多士食,完全無得輸炸薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬呢個薯條炸到外層好脆,不過一咬就覺得脆而硬,可能炸得過了頭!沙薑燒春雞用左鐵板上,所以成件事好香春雞肉質好嫩滑,不過略嫌外皮烤得唔夠脆!如果可以脆啲會更好~~士多啤梨法式多士呢個甜品非常有驚喜法式toast好香牛油味,加上口感又夠脆面頭仲有幾塊mini oreo,非常好食!真係要食埋個甜品先夠滿足香茅芒果茶生薑檸檬果茶呢個茶壺套裝好有美感裡面真係有2塊生薑,所以薑味突出,岩哂養生嘅我飲用!
