To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 絲打知悉有一間提供超漂亮食物的餐廳,相約小人一同前往。味噌三文魚煎得魚皮很脆而魚肉油滑,墊底的煎飯糰也很香口,加上水煮蛋正好是一剛一柔的配搭。炸豬扒三文治的麵包呈黑色,皆因用上竹炭麵包,吃起來跟一般麵包無異。夾著的豬扒炸層相當之脆,扒肉不乾而入味,做到脆較交融。重頭戲乃甜品部份:先說班戟,單看鋪面的生果、忌廉和食用花直教人心心眼!生果沒有浸過糖水,不會過甜,還吃到本身微酸的清香,趁著班戟及忌廉很和諧。反而美麗的食用花雖然帶點苦;小人認為這份甜品吃的是心思,苦不苦已不太重要。菠蘿乳酪也是美不勝收,宛如一幅畫,吸睛度同樣爆燈!乳酪質感綿稠,不會太烯或太杰,點綴的生果色彩的運用更是一絕!完全的視覺享受,打咭一流!

重頭戲乃甜品部份:先說班戟,單看鋪面的生果、忌廉和食用花直教人心心眼!
生果沒有浸過糖水,不會過甜,還吃到本身微酸的清香,趁著班戟及忌廉很和諧。反而美麗的食用花雖然帶點苦;小人認為這份甜品吃的是心思,苦不苦已不太重要。
