龍蝦超新鮮🦞 師傅功架十足,快速將龍蝦起肉同起膏,將蝦膏煮成醬汁再炒香龍蝦肉,肉質鮮甜彈牙,令人回味無窮🥹 擺盤都好精緻,好似藝術品咁靚,睇得出師傅真係好有心機♥️ 最後會表演火燒龍蝦頭🔥 火焰足足成米高,超有睇頭🤩 然後會將蝦頭拎去煮龍蝦湯,物盡其用👍🏻

鮑魚新鮮生猛,未煮之前已經不斷郁緊🙈 師傅細心將腸同污糟野挑走,然後將鮑魚燒熟﹑切片,入口非常爽彈.ᐟ 擺盤亦好精美,以燒過既昆布墊底,搭配可樂忌廉醬,估唔到味道同鮑魚幾夾👍🏻
