呢間新開嘅印尼餐廳真係令人眼前一亮,職員(廚師同樓面)都係印尼姐姐,感覺好親切。餐牌上有好多印尼菜式,英文描述令整體感覺好正宗。枱面提供三款醬汁同埋熱水自取,方便又貼心。我首先叫咗佢哋嘅招牌手打雞撈麵,午餐仲可以加$3轉成凍檸檬茶,真係非常划算。冇諗過,佢仲送咗一碗牛丸湯,牛丸唔係潮汕嗰種彈牙,而係鬆軟,湯底有胡椒香辣味,令人開胃。麵上嚟時,我原以為會係爽口彈牙,但實際上麵質偏軟腍,與我預期有少少出入。湯汁有微甜嘅滷水味,除了雞肉粒,仲有烚蛋、青瓜同埋炸雲吞皮,炸蒜嘅香氣令整道菜更加香口。最正就係可以根據自己口味,加枱面嘅辣醬,提升咗風味。之後,我再叫咗沙嗲串燒,分別係羊肉同牛肉。兩種串燒都用香茅醬汁同青檸腌製,外皮燒成焦香,味道十分誘人。羊肉偏肥美,油脂較多,口感豐富;而牛肉則軟腍而不失肉質,個人比較鍾意牛肉嘅香味。串燒單食已經好夠味,但佢嘅沙嗲汁充滿花生香,真係一個絕佳嘅配搭。
