To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城泰菜眾多，有時想改改口味，無意中發現了紅雞冰廳，前後光顧了幾次，味道十分不錯。第一個推介是焗豬扒飯。首先飯是蛋炒飯，然後上面鋪上足料嘅豬扒，豬扒不會太瘦太柴，尚有肉汁。還鋪上厚厚的芝士，內裏有鮮蕃茄，芝士表面焗得焦香，尚有一點拉絲，非常推薦！第二個推介是早餐。他們可以隨早餐選擇多士、丹麥麵包，丹麥麵包為首選！質感內裏柔軟，外層香脆，如牛角包口感，加上充滿牛油香味。早餐的香煎雞扒外層的雞皮香脆，內裏肉汁鮮嫩，推薦👍🏻另外，海南雞飯也可一試。肉質鮮嫩，不鞋口，不過飯略嫌不夠雞油、香料香味。但整體尚算不錯。最後要試一試他們的熱奶茶，茶味較出，香濃順滑✨👍🏻
