To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

親民抵食版pepper lunch

這陣子經常要去深水埗，所以時不時會去西九龍中心開餐。雖然西九的food court衛生真的差一點，但勝在選擇多價格大眾化。雖然口經常說要減肥，但每次聞到鐵板飯嘅香氣也忍不到口，所以這次就選了food court的平價版pepper lunch雅典娜 因為和朋友share，所以叫了自選雙拼飯（$38）。坦白說這個價包兩款餸是抵食 的（pepper lunch學生價也不止這個價）。燒汁味道與pepper lunch很相似，飯吸了很多汁不會乾憎憎，但份量就比預期中少啦。餸方面選了肥牛和雞扒。肥牛質素正正常常，但真的好細塊。雞扒就差一點了，肉質好鞋好乾。而且肉類基本上也是上鐵pan前預先弄熟了，所以不會有那種熱辣辣剛燒好的口感。整體質素好一般，一分錢一分貨
