有睇我食評嘅朋友應該知我幾唔捨得呢個舖頭上一手嘅日本料理店結業😪好開心!原址開返間日本料理店,食物、裝潢風格、背景音樂都類似,令我有似曾相識嘅感覺☺️飲食記錄:酸汁霜魚皮伴昆布魚皮經過快速加熱冷凍霜造後,食起嚟非常爽口,無咗滑汕汕腍吱吱、好核突嘅口感,而且完全無腥味!酸汁以柚子作主調,非常開胃😋撈勻魚皮、魚肉同昆布,每啖口感都好豐富呀!試咗一啲產地直送壽司,但覺得油脂唔夠豐富- 產地直送本鮪中拖羅壽司(左上)- 產地直送池魚王壽司(右上)- 產地直送特上油甘魚腩壽司 (下)日本紋甲魷魚汁漬曾經我喺上一手嘅最愛,可惜今次嚟食keep唔到水準,魷魚有啲硬,少咗啲彈性同汁漬唔入味飛魚籽壽司本身好鍾意食火灸刺身🔥🍣而依度嘅火灸刺身係做得出色💯火灸程度剛好,釋放咗刺身表面嘅油脂,增加入口即溶嘅口感,但唔會過火令刺身殘留火槍嘅gas味📛🍣同埋保持到刺身肉質仍然係生嘅🌊今次叫嘅火灸壽司唔算好多,留肚試其他嘢👌🏻- 灸燒三文魚壽司有驚喜!對三文魚刺身麻麻,一係唔食,要食就要食腩同埋要火灸☝🏻👀因為壽司師傅喺三文魚腩上掃上少量海鹽,夾雜喺唔同壽司嘅配搭下進食,忽然咸香✨為味蕾帶嚟衝擊🌊👅- 灸燒左口魚邊壽

唔知係咪關時令事🤔牡丹蝦上碟比印像中細,但食落都算鮮甜,肉質都算彈牙,但就無以前咁爽口啦;掃上少少酸汁係更開胃嘅😋灸燒蟹膏唔腥,為牡丹蝦添上鮮味同少少煙薰味~蝦頭炸起,放心食埋入面啲蝦肉,同幾佐酒🍻

上一手5月尾結業前嗌嚟食,實在非常鮮甜!唔知係咪關時令事🤔今次嘅帶子都清嘅,但就唔夠甜,肉質都無咁彈牙,但都係好味嘅👌🏻😋
除咗壽司,我仲好鍾意嗌依度嘅小食/ 燒物🍢今次嚟原本想嗌我好鍾意嘅芝麻雞翼加3款串燒,但有2款(厚燒鹿兒島腩肉串&鮮雞腎串)都賣哂😲太好味🤤⁉️下次要食早啲😤
