To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友行街,在想陣間食甚麼好呢?朋友即提議食點心,但又唔想去茶樓,因為假日等位真的很難,便決定到添好運食!添好運可說是全球最親民的米之連星級餐廳,同朋友一行二人進餐,排了大約15分鐘便入座了。點了強烈推薦酥皮叉燒包,酥皮很脆,內餡甜甜的,好好食,但每次一個都好夠了,始終有點膩,仲要留肚食其他嘢嫁嘛😂另外點了蝦餃燒賣,蝦餃彈牙爽口,加少少辣椒油真係好夾。燒賣肉質厚實,而且唔會好乾,有肉汁的。牛肉腸粉都好味,牛肉內餡都算多,唔會得塊粉皮,加埋啲甜豉油食真係好好味,可以一個人食哂一份😂以呢個價錢食到米之連的餐廳真係好抵,味道證實有呢個honor係實至名歸。

另外點了蝦餃燒賣,蝦餃彈牙爽口,加少少辣椒油真係好夾。燒賣肉質厚實,而且唔會好乾,有肉汁的。牛肉腸粉都好味,牛肉內餡都算多,唔會得塊粉皮,加埋啲甜豉油食真係好好味,可以一個人食哂一份😂
