Restaurant: 地道館車仔麵
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港式地道親民車仔麵店性價比高、親民的美食，大大碗，配料足料，湯底清甜不錯。車仔麵店在民居商場地鋪，勝在價錢親民合理，車仔麵 (清湯米粉) ，配料我選了肥厚豬潤、豬紅、陳記白魚蛋、唐生菜。-豬膶肥厚，不會過乾，內裏juicy，味道不腥帶點薑味，感覺不滯。-配料陳記白魚蛋共有三粒，超級爽口彈牙，咀嚼後帶魚香-豬紅細細粒，質感不會太過死實，入口鬆軟，車仔麵必點車仔麵店位於屋邨內的地鋪，不算難找尋，店內設有卡位，食物味道不錯，bookmark會二訪😋
