To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好嘅一餐 唔好嘅又一餐貴嘅一餐 平嘅都係一餐今日豬先生豬小姐尼個又好嘅而又平嘅午餐「林記」嘅自製燒賣係西貢已經出哂名 係全人手製手打嘅魚蓉燒賣！燒賣形狀唔會似粉團燒賣咁漲卜卜大大粒 每粒形狀不一較扁身 魚肉顏色呈半透明嘅啡色味道有著天然魚鮮 煙韌帶有嚼勁 紮實得尼不會感到粉感 價錢仲要咁超值！潮州粉果好足料 配上彈牙餃皮 沾一沾豉油吊味 相當不錯腸粉質感滑溜帶米香 加上大量「混醬」滋味 無得輸！尼度嘅狗仔粉有得揀銀針粉底或者上海粗麵底 我地揀左前者！家鄉銀針粉認真已經唔係好多地方有得食雖然只有簡單材料 肉碎 蝦米 乾蔥 蔥粒 湯底重口味但偏油膩 但食嘅偏偏係回憶 小時候嘅感覺番哂尼簡單而幸福嘅滋味 我得到了 有了您開心啲 嘜都稱心滿意 燒賣粉果也好好味
