To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最後一次去創發, 冇十年都有八年, 唔記得最後個次係食完肚疴定係碟烟倉魚搵笨。以前來食飯好多人, 點菜冇牌, 埋單又得手寫一條數, 有一次食完仲疴到要睇醫生。見到咁多食評都讚, 今次再一試。雖然裝修無變過, 但係好似衛生好左喎, d阿姐同阿叔都熱情招待。無話叫食貴野喎。須然好多野都無寫明價錢, 不過開口問句就無問題啦。鵝肉併墨魚, $80 OK啦... 細蠔餅$40, 再來石榴雞同石榴蝦, $10一粒, 你叫幾粒都得, 幾盞鬼呀! 食下食下, 無咁有介心, 再叫埋上次飲完肚奇既咸菜粉腸, 胡椒味極夠, 粉腸同豬肚都夠哂淋。最後仲有碗清心丸銀杏心薯。兩個人加埋支青島, 無加一, 又無茶錢, 張單無樣野都打得清清楚楚, $240元埋單。門口再見烟倉魚... 下次再來。
