To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去左觀塘駱駝漆到買野順手食飯 我朋友就介紹左一間叫慢煮屋嘅餐廳,平日夜晚都坐到爆哂仲要等位呢到主打日式料理,有多款丼飯同定食,價錢都合理,而且唔收加一!慢煮牛腹冷面我加左錢轉左做冷面,因為呢排都仲有啲小熱,所以想食d清爽的口感嘅主食牛腹部位的肉質鮮嫩,用慢煮方法,保留了肉的自然風味。而冷面同牛腹肉係好match ,所以呢道菜式相當不錯🤤真鵝肝澳洲和牛M8丼😆呢個和牛丼則是一個視覺和味覺的雙重享受。M8的和牛肉質極為細膩,油花分布均勻,份量都好充足,內裡保持著肉汁的鮮美。煎香左嘅鵝肝入口即溶,簡直係為這道菜品增添了奢華感係個絕妙的搭配。😛啲飲吸收了肉汁後更加惹味!勁想追飯食🤤而每個餐都會配上生果同溫泉蛋所以相當豐富🧡
