有段時間無食中菜,心血來潮想去飲茶下,就入左間有提供點心既中菜館。環境空間空礦,座位相當闊落,有典雅高貴既芬圍,特別係中間大圓鼎氣派十足,我地叫左幾個點心試下。張公子招牌腸($50)滑滑的腸粉皮包裹著網狀脆脆,再入面是素春卷,有菇粒、豆、西芹粒、馬蹄粒及紅蘿蔔粒等。豉油另上,可以因應各人的口味,自行添加豉油份量。蟹子蒸燒賣(四件)($52)經典飲菜既點心,水準之上,冬菇和豬肉味特出。金網香芒鮮蝦卷(四件)($48)一道創新菜式,卷內蝦肉份量相當飽滿,估唔到甜甜酸酸的芒果及芒果醬與蝦肉非常配搭,將有效鮮肉鮮味帶出,係不錯既開胃菜。百花釀魚肚($50)魚肚浸滿上湯,上面舖著一層蝦滑及少量蝦子,魚肚煙靭蝦滑有咬口。鵝肝金荀咸水角(三件)($48)可謂睇得又食得,外型特意整成甘荀,頗為有趣。咸水角外脆內軟糯,入面的餡料是鵝肝及冬菇等。鵝肝味道濃厚,鵝油香與冬菇融合,十分滋味。流心奶皇包(三件)($40)一撕開奶皇蓉流出,流心奶皇味道惹味濃郁,食到有少許咸蛋皇香味。
