To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺觀塘區呢間都算高級中菜，裝修得幾好，又幾寬敞，入到嚟嘅感覺唔錯。我哋三個order 蒜香雜菌牛柳粒($108)、咕嚕龍鳳球($128)和蝦香大馬站煲($88)。蒜香雜菌牛柳粒 - 有雞脾菇、東菇、紅椒、雪豆，當然仲有牛柳粒啦。菇味很香，牛柳粒有牛味又夠淋，味道很不錯。咕嚕龍鳳球 - 龍鳳球即是蝦球和雞球，配料有青椒和菠蘿，蝦球又大隻又爽口，蝦球和雞球都有少少脆，甜酸汁就好味，十分開胃。蝦香大馬站煲 - 有豆腐、雪豆、東菇和燒腩仔。豆腐夠滑，燒腩仔味道不錯。渣打信用咭有10%off，即係免加一，埋單$380。呢度食物質素好、環境又好、服務也不錯，雖然價錢比一般酒樓貴，但都算物有所值。
