To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約朋友食飯揀左係觀塘呢間川粵菜食，第一次黎，菜式的賣相幾靚，味道都好好味。餐廳的設計又復古風，非常大張卡式沙發座位，坐得非常舒服。麻辣小雲耳，麻辣味又香又濃，配上清新的小雲耳味道非常夾。雲耳爽口的口感令整道菜更吸引。老乾媽炒豬潤 ，超惹味炒豬潤，豬潤本身已經好好味，味道又濃郁，所以加左好多其他不同配料一齊炒，青椒，洋蔥，辣椒🌶️和香芹等等，鐘意食豬潤的朋友一定要叫。梅菜扣肉竟然有炸饅頭，第一次見咁的配搭。炸饅頭點煉奶食就很多，點梅菜扣肉汁真係第一次，咸炸饅頭的味道幾特別。時尚小炒肉，呢度係餐廳嘅招牌小炒肉。豬腩肉片炒辣椒🌶️，非常惹味，夠晒鑊氣，送飯非常一流。
