Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘出名多好嘢食，呢日心郁郁咩都想食，就揾咗間睇落好正嘅小炒一坐低又係十級選擇困難，全部都好好食咁，但胃只有咁大，最後叫咗話梅骨，薑葱魚腩煲同 有跟伊麵底嘅芝士焗西蘭花最先黎個芝士西蘭花，表面焗到金黃色好吸引，啲芝士好香好香，亦唔會太稀好適合撈麵，沾晒喺西蘭花上面之後係薑蔥魚腩煲，揀其他部分like魚waan都可以的，呢個趁熱食好有鑊氣，薑片切到好薄可以連埋魚腩同蒽一齊食，好惹味最尾係話梅骨，酸酸甜甜幾好味，有少少三色椒粒點綴下，細細舊方便入口，好似食極都仲有咁
