To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啲人成日話觀塘駱駝漆大廈好多好嘢食,今日去咗睇有咩好嘢食,揀咗11樓呢間台灣餐廳,性價比好高,價錢親民,而且份量大大份,最重要係味道非常有水準,而且上菜速度超級快,符合香港人嘅快靚正!剁椒排骨煲仔飯+胡椒雞湯以為煲仔飯要等好耐,但係落單唔使20分鐘,就有得食,排骨用新鮮排骨,肥瘦適中,好香肉味,啲臘腸都好好,最重要係個飯,吸收晒肉嘅精華,亦都唔會太油膩,飯粒粒分明,個飯焦相當香脆,凍冰冰嘅天氣,食完暖笠笠。最鍾意係個胡椒雞湯,只係加$5就飲到,胡椒味非常濃,真材實料,好好味。紅燒牛肉麵呢個係餐廳嘅招牌菜,梗係要點嚟試吓,見到佢寫湯底用肉湯熬製而成,果然非常吸引,啲牛肉夠份量好多,厚切,啖啖肉,個面質都非常好味,吸收晒湯嘅精華,食到舔舔脷牛

剁椒排骨煲仔飯+胡椒雞湯
以為煲仔飯要等好耐,但係落單唔使20分鐘,就有得食,排骨用新鮮排骨,肥瘦適中,好香肉味,啲臘腸都好好,最重要係個飯,吸收晒肉嘅精華,亦都唔會太油膩,飯粒粒分明,個飯焦相當香脆,凍冰冰嘅天氣,食完暖笠笠。最鍾意係個胡椒雞湯,只係加$5就飲到,胡椒味非常濃,真材實料,好好味。

呢個係餐廳嘅招牌菜,梗係要點嚟試吓,見到佢寫湯底用肉湯熬製而成,果然非常吸引,啲牛肉夠份量好多,厚切,啖啖肉,個面質都非常好味,吸收晒湯嘅精華,食到舔舔脷牛
