To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚唔洗OT，所以同同事去觀塘工廈搵食，想食啲鑊氣夠既小炒，今次去返幾年前朋友帶我食過既新匯聚餐廳小廚食飯，傾下計。多年後重遊舊地，鑊氣依然，店員又親切，好有大排檔風味。時間尚早唔係太餓，所以我地叫左幾款招牌乳鴿、香煎馬友、招牌話梅骨，同叫左店員同老細都極力推薦既鮮檸蜜梳打水。杯鮮檸蜜梳不得不提，我地仲主動問用左咩蜂蜜，原來蜂蜜來自台灣，清新鮮甜，健康解渴。乳鴿都好肥美，外脆內暖，大家爭住食。招牌話梅骨味道酸酸甜甜，排骨好鬆軟好腍，夠開胃。香煎馬友，魚皮脆香，魚肉鮮美。餐廳仲送左馬豆糕比我地做甜品，真係完美總結。同之前食一樣咁高質。
