雖然觀塘人多車多,但係我都幾鍾意去觀塘工廠區覓食,搵啲小店試吓,發掘驚喜。之前都有聽過朋友話秋意嘅豉油雞好好食,平時唔食雞皮嘅佢,連呢間嘅雞皮都會食埋,仲話好滑好好味。今次就到我嚟試吓堂食啦。去骨豉油雞飯,豉油雞烹調後色澤較深,品嚐過後覺得味道唔會過鹹,反而帶少少甜。肉質滑溜,唔會柴口,啖啖肉。白飯表面灑上飯素,伴芝麻醬油麥菜沙律,仲有半隻糖心蛋,配搭豐富,平衡返成個便當。酸菜魚大大盤酸菜魚上枱嘅時候好吸晴,份量幾大,兩個人都差啲食唔晒。酸菜調味幾開胃,微微花椒香,除咗魚片仲有好多配料,包括芽菜、木耳、枝竹、寬粉。最鍾意食酸菜魚入邊嘅寬粉,吸晒湯底味,煙煙韌韌。平日晚餐時間都keep住有客人,仲有不少外賣單,證明都好多人鍾意食呢度嘅菜式,鍾意食雞嘅朋友記得嚟試吓。
