To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘忍世台灣店😝必食刈包本身想食隔離一間,點知閂咗門,轉戰隔離幾多人嘅台灣嘢!😝一間幾正嘅台灣小食店!佢哋嘅刈包、蚵仔煎、地瓜條、鹽酥菇,絕對值得一試嘅美食!首先,講下佢哋嘅刈包,入面嘅配搭啱啱好!啲五花肉煮得好入味,再加埋啲甜辣醬、花生粉、香菜同黃瓜,配菜嘅份量好多,一口咬落去,口感爽脆,超有嚼勁✅👍🏻蚵仔煎就更加係餐廳招牌啦!蚵仔鮮甜,雖然唔係太多,表層煎嘅麵糊,下面一層蛋漿,加上特製醬汁,真係食唔停地瓜條係啲餐前小食,炸得岩岩好,薯味同甜味都好岩💕酸菜魚就正常湯底偏辣,有得加$5轉菜底,不過成件事整體偏油,勝在魚片份量較多😉最後,鹽酥菇就係啲炸蘑菇,炸得好香脆,味道鹹香,一啖就停唔住!小店形式經營,啲人都幾Nice

一間幾正嘅台灣小食店!佢哋嘅刈包、蚵仔煎、地瓜條、鹽酥菇,絕對值得一試嘅美食!

首先,講下佢哋嘅刈包,入面嘅配搭啱啱好!啲五花肉煮得好入味,再加埋啲甜辣醬、花生粉、香菜同黃瓜,配菜嘅份量好多,一口咬落去,口感爽脆,超有嚼勁✅👍🏻
