To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家樂係我細個時就鍾意食嘅快餐店,最愛就係佢嘅招牌焗豬扒飯啦!今日同男朋友去觀塘睇戲之前就去食返個回憶中嘅美食。個豬扒炸得香脆,肉汁豐富,蕃茄汁又唔會太酸,好開胃。飯又夠熱夠香,每一啖都好滿足。不過我覺得佢嘅分量同質素都退步咗,可能係物價上升嘅關係。不過都唔減我對佢嘅愛啦!我仲記得細個時同屋企人去食,每次都要爭先恐後咁食,因為怕食唔到最後一啖。而家長大咗,雖然唔會再咁搶食,但每次食到都會感受到溫暖同幸福。呢個焗豬扒飯真係我嘅至愛!
