To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘海濱公園寵物友善餐廳

今午去了一間位於觀塘海濱公園內的餐廳食午餐。餐廳3邊都是玻璃幕牆，透明度很高，而餐廳外設有很多戶外座椅，客人可帶寵物來，是一間寵物友善餐廳。這裡周圍都是花草樹木，對岸就是啟德郵輪碼頭，所以景觀一流。我點了2個午餐-椰菜花忌廉湯湯底非常綿滑-煙鴨胸哈蜜瓜沙律用了煙鴨胸粒和哈密瓜粒混入沙律菜，很特別的配搭。-澳洲羊T骨扒有3件羊T骨扒，扒面上鋪滿香草和胡椒，煎得很香，肉質腍軟沒有羶味。配菜有很多沙律菜和薯條。-香煎三文魚扒配刁草忌廉很大件的三文魚扒，煎得皮香脆，肉質Juicy，再點埋附上的刁草忌廉醬，味道非常出色。熱檸檬茶凍檸檬茶

湯底非常綿滑

用了煙鴨胸粒和哈密瓜粒混入沙律菜，很特別的配搭。

有3件羊T骨扒，扒面上鋪滿香草和胡椒，煎得很香，肉質腍軟沒有羶味。配菜有很多沙律菜和薯條。

-香煎三文魚扒配刁草忌廉
很大件的三文魚扒，煎得皮香脆，肉質Juicy，再點埋附上的刁草忌廉醬，味道非常出色。
