To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日日留在屋企，心情確實鬱悶，不過現在不能去旅行，唯有在香港同朋友hea下～早幾日臨時決定去觀塘海濱嘆個tea，散散步，輕鬆渡過整個下午🌞——————————🔸香辣雞翼 $88原以為是一般的辣味雞翼，但做法確實好有驚喜！雞翼炸至香脆，表面鋪上大量炸蒜，驟眼看類似避風塘口味，但入口先知它帶麻辣，外皮香脆，內裏嫩滑富肉汁，非常惹味！🔹西班牙火腿配蜜瓜 $108西班牙火腿鹹鹹香香，加上清甜的蜜瓜，確實是萬年不敗的完美配搭。不過這裏最特別是加了少少梅子粉，多了一分果香。🔹Baileys Coffee $78咖啡加入Baileys甜酒，香醇中帶點酒香，令人迷醉。🔸Italian Chocolate Milk Shake $88奶昔混合Baileys甜酒、Kahlúa利口酒及Frangelico榛子甜酒，香香甜甜，酒味慢慢散發，充滿香氣。
