之前係觀塘返工,會見到有新店開張,就去一試!今次呢間,都係剛過了試業期。環境一流,好舒服~~一入門口,就有好大個水吧同蛋糕櫃。店內的枱椅設計,有兩種風格。枱不會放得太密、也不會有焗促感,感覺開揚舒服。食Lunch的時間,先是餐包加餐湯。是日是南瓜忌廉湯。餐包微暖,軟熟。南瓜湯略媒南瓜味不夠濃。Grilled Pork Chop with merlot gravy燒豬扒配紅酒香草汁HK$88可以跟飯、意粉或薯菜。今次我就跟咗薯菜。個豬扒都煎得幾嫩滑,不用太大力就可以切開到。個紅酒汁都唔錯。薯條是現炸,夠晒新鮮熱辣!Pan fried red snapper with black truffle cream香煎海鱲魚配黑松露忌廉汁HK$92同樣可以揀飯、意粉或薯菜。而我哋呢款就配咗意粉。不得不讚,這裡的意粉控制火喉控制得剛剛好。彈牙而面質不會糊。夠晒爽身!海鱲魚配上個黑松露忌廉汁,令整個餸變得更好味。唯獨,是嫌個汁唔夠,令意粉唔夠醬點黎食。Angel hair with smoked duck breast & asparagus in pesto sauce露筍煙鴨胸天使面配意大利香草醬

露筍煙鴨胸天使面配意大利香草醬

鴨胸黎講,佢算煎得夠晒香、同樣夠晒金黃,好靚。不會煎得過熟,食起上黎仲有鴨胸的嫩滑。

天使面,同樣火喉控制得宜,不會有面糊的情況出現。個醬汁就淡咗少少,喜歡食淡味的朋友,可以考慮。

不得不提,呢度啲咖啡唔錯。奶泡都打得幾好,咖啡同奶味適宜,過黎食飯可以一飲這裡的咖啡。
