To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 麻辣牛肉燒賣 (左下):聞落都幾麻,但食落好香,帶微辣,幾惹味😋
龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣(左上):呢款食唔到龍蝦汁😬 食到墨魚味為主,所以似食緊燒賣皮包墨魚丸🤣

呢個諗返真係幾貴,連埋加一嘅話,除返開每隻餃要$20🥲 蝦餃皮係綠色嘅,可能加咗啲菠菜汁整~上面仲擺咗啲三文魚籽做裝飾🤩 皮薄煙韌,入面嘅蝦肉彈牙,會食到啲啲蟹粉口感,但唔太食到蟹粉味,因為三文魚籽嘅鹹香味蓋過晒其他味,加落蝦餃都唔係太夾😖

呢款餃有驚喜😍 聞落唔太有松露香,但食落就有好濃郁嘅松露味!松露控必食!松露加野菌一定夾,加上餃皮厚薄適中,口感煙韌,唔錯👍🏼

🥢 口水汁龍利魚腸粉 $42
口水汁惹味,夠麻又唔會太辣👍🏼 腸粉皮又薄又滑,入面嘅魚柳都好滑,兩者口感好夾🤩 腸粉嘅底下仲有啲青瓜絲,可以避免腸粉吸太多汁,但又可以撈埋剩底嘅口水汁🫢 不過朋友有唯一一個挑剔就係辣味,有啲蓋過魚味~

第一啖食落似西檸雞個醬,因為味道比較酸,芥辣味唔算出,不過加埋蝦球都幾夾,又唔會太膩😋 蝦球爽口彈牙,而且係有炸過嘅,炸皮幾薄,就算外面包咗醬都keep到脆🤤
