Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新匯聚餐廳小廚，位於觀塘成業街，裝修企理舒適，餐廳是傳統大排檔美食，是享受美食的絕佳場所。菜遠排骨炒河，河粉滑嫩，排骨大大件，炒製得恰到好處，味道鮮美。椒鹽九肚魚，外皮酥脆，內肉細嫩，椒鹽味濃鬱，令人回味。梅菜扣肉，梅菜咸香，扣肉肥而不膩，軟腍帶梅菜香味，而且配有小白菜，食落不會滯，搭配得天衣無縫。飲品方面，雪梨水口感清新，滋潤心脾。有氣鮮檸蜜，味道酸甜，且甜而不膩，氣泡細膩，清涼解渴，口感獨特。餐廳於貓頭鷹時間晚上九點入座，除酒水外，還有八折優惠添。
