To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近成日都係觀塘做嘢～做完嘢見有啲肚餓🤤咁岩在網上搜尋到呢間位於駱駝漆工廈台式牛肉麵館～好似好正咁🙂‍↔️就同朋友一齊去試吓😀綜合臘味煲仔飯有幾款臘腸味道顏色很鮮艷😝經過煙燻和醃製，散發出濃郁的香氣，米飯外焦內軟，底部的鍋巴特別香脆～令人垂涎欲滴🙂‍↔️小食～炸避風塘豆腐～經過油炸，變得金黃酥脆，而內部則保持了豆腐的柔軟和滑嫩😆香濃的蒜香😝增添了豐富的風味🙂‍↔️蕃茄牛肉麵湯底好有濃郁蕃茄味😊牛肉好煙韌😊麵條好彈牙😂起司肉鬆蛋餅蛋餅的蛋皮經過煎製，外表微微金黃，口感柔軟滑嫩😝肉鬆的鹹香味與蛋餅互相結合，增添了口感的層次感😆黑糖珍珠撞奶黑糖的香氣濃郁，甜味自然🙂‍↔️撞奶的奶香味濃厚，口感滑順😆珍珠口感彈牙，嚼勁十足😊巨峰提子益力多香氣濃郁而清新，帶有自然的提子香味😂好有酸甜甜嘅感覺😊餐廳環境～牆壁掛了台灣景點～令我想起去台灣旅遊時候😝好有台灣地道feel🙂‍↔️而最有特色就係台式煲仔飯😌精選推介～8:30pm宵夜時段指定小食半價😀
