To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 反正經常觀塘、尖沙咀、港島一帶出沒，係時候要分類一下了。今次又係**觀塘篇**駱駝漆工廈集中了不少食店，今次試既係第3期既台灣牛肉麵。請店員介紹一下幾款牛肉麵。最後點了清燉牛肉麵，湯底用咗騸牯牛既牛骨熬製廿多個鐘，再加入蘋果雪梨一齊煲。先呷一口，清甜順喉，每一口都係精華，我成碗湯飲哂都唔口乾口渴。牛腱肉牛肉味重，煙韌入味。蘿蔔係用最中心既位置，所以特別清甜透亮無渣~以蒸籠盛住刈包，白麵割包包住鹵五花肉入味，柔軟易咬。酸菜爽口而不咸，無果種酸酸既刺鼻感，花生粉係店主以原粒紅衣花生炸香磨粉，糖提升左肉香，味道非常融合~跟我上次台中食既有八九成相似🥙糖醋豬軟骨滷肉飯豬軟骨充斥著鎮江醋既味道，酸酸甜甜，軟骨被炆至軟綿，寧舍開胃，飯都食多D吖!滷肉飯滷汁香，味道唔太濃但散發出油蔥酥，蒜酥既香味~一條條五花肉條，層次分明送進口裡不油不膩　麻辣鴨血，滷得入味又不失麻麻辣辣既味道滑潤帶彈性。試管鹽酥雞試管係指 1 set 6枝既調味粉，可隨自己喜好加上。鹽酥雞外層鬆脆，又唔會因為凍左而變淋~黑糖撞奶，唔甜，奶味濃，黑珍珠Q彈🥤店主寧願成本貴少少都要比客人食到最好、健康既野~從言語間亦感受到店主一種
