晩上我們去了觀塘區的一間2樓的素食餐廳,名字叫“尚素”,地方尚算寬躺可以坐大約100人左右,約有30張台我們點 了四人的晚市套餐:前菜是春夏秋冬,分別是山藥,黑木耳苦瓜和蒟蒻另外有三款小食分別是:柚子三色串燒:分別是翠玉瓜冬菇和和素瘦肉,食材都 非常新鮮另外有兩款餐湯:分別是黃耳冬瓜翡翠羹,另外一款是和向品素湯,這兩款湯都是沒有加味精的另外我選擇了四款主菜:分別是 吉列白靈菇扒配山葵沙律醬,白靈菇非常之厚身和爽滑,経煎炸後,不油膩和香口。菠蘿咕嚕素肉,經煎炸後的素肉外皮香脆,加 上菠蘿和甜酸炒後,十分之醒胃,另外一款牛肝菌麻婆豆腐,辣度剛剛好,加上牛肝菌的菇味,亦是不錯的選擇,另外最後一款是竹笙 花菇扒時菜,花菇非常之爽口。最後的是紅豆糖水。算是完美的結局
