觀塘,曾經係一個傳統嘅工業區,不過隨着時代發展,呢個地方已慢慢轉型到有唔同種類嘅餐廳/ cafe嘅地方,而呢啲隱世餐廳大多都位於工廠大廈內。而今次我哋今次就搵到以「慢煮」為主題嘅餐廳。慢煮火炙牛腹扒丼($88):慢煮後嘅牛腹扒幼嫩,呈現粉紅色,口感嫩滑,juicy🤤如果仲嫌唔夠滑,可以把半熟蛋拌飯一齊食,包保直接滑落個胃到😂慢煮三文魚配牛油果丼($82):有牛油果,火龍果等,感覺清新,襯埋蟹籽,口感豐富😌減肥人士可以一試慢煮三文魚骨($28):宜個我哋就覺得一般般,味道濃嘅,不過個三文魚骨如果炸到脆卜卜,可以食埋就更好,當過吓口癮喇
