To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企的長輩食餐好,老人家喜歡飲茶,所以近近地在觀塘搵一間比較高級的酒樓孝順吓。上OpenRice搵,搵到這一間聘珍樓,幾年前食過,好多年冇嚟,不妨再試吓,所以book咗中午飲茶。11:30到達,酒樓地方寬闊,裝修比較典雅,服務也算不錯。點心、小食價錢唔算平,但選擇也比較多。老人家樣樣都想食,所以叫了比較多點心,兩個人一共叫了六樣點心。帶子鳳眼餃 $44 蝦肉厚實,帶子鮮甜。花菇魚肚燒賣 $44兩舊大大嘅魚肚,一隻大花菇,燒賣係豬肉蝦打成,口感結實新鮮。小籠包 $44四隻小籠包,外皮薄,肉質鮮,一啖咬落去充滿湯汁,的確唔錯。脆皮燒肉(小食) $128雖然價錢唔平,但係燒肉皮很脆,燒肉充滿肉汁。蔥花芥茉海蜇(小食) $78份量都唔少,海蜇爽口。椒鹽魷魚 (食) $88外皮鬆脆,但魷魚比較細條。總括來說,價錢不是便宜,但食物質素和價錢成正比,唯一是服務人手比較不足,人多的時候,加水要等比較耐時間才有人服務。中午12:30過後,非常多寫字樓和外國客人,看來都是比較受歡迎的,如果想舒舒服服安心享受吓飲茶,這間酒樓應該是不錯的選擇。

總括來說,價錢不是便宜,但食物質素和價錢成正比,唯一是服務人手比較不足,人多的時候,加水要等比較耐時間才有人服務。
