名人館一間係酒店內的正宗潮州菜,餐廳位於九龍官塘工業區鴻圖道84號觀塘帝盛酒店一樓,餐廳裝修以中式酒樓設計,豪華得來又時尚高雅,設有多間大小貴賓室,餐廳主打廣東潮州菜,以鹵水食物最出色,服務員多次加水和換碟,招呼態度殷勤熱誠,笑容可嘉。凍蟹凍蟹係潮州菜代表之一,今次雖然比較細隻,但有驚喜,蟹殼比較軟身,好容易拆蟹吾駛用牙力,配有薑絲紅醋,食落鮮甜無比。陳醋豬手凍食,豬手份量都不少,豬手經過陳醋醃製,酸酸地,食落爽口兼彈牙,越食越開胃。鹵水鵝掌翼餐廳招牌菜之一,廚師鹵得夠入味,有骨的鹵水掌翼好有肉味,又比較嫩滑,食到停吾到口。招牌撈麵招牌撈麵內有櫻花蝦,芽菜,X0酱,辣椒,香蔥,,廚師烹調有一手,煮到麵身彈牙兼爽口。杏汁白肺湯居然畀我發現呢度有杏汁白肺湯飲,即時落單,不負眾望,白肺湯好飲到不得了,有胡椒味,鮮甜熱飲暖胃。

凍蟹
凍蟹係潮州菜代表之一,今次雖然比較細隻,但有驚喜,蟹殼比較軟身,好容易拆蟹吾駛用牙力,配有薑絲紅醋,食落鮮甜無比。
