今晚來到尖沙咀看聖誕燈飾,之後到Chef Stage de Eddy Chu 晚餐。餐廳在19樓,高高在上,可遠眺維港景色。每當華燈初上,中環的景色特別艷麗。我選了“每樣試晚餐”,嚐嚐不同的口味。“日本麵鼓帶子薄片配鮮蝦肉”,新鮮蝦肉,加上鮮美的帶子刺身,肉質鮮甜,配上日本麵鼓醬更加可口。“松露煮日本年糕”,年糕煙靭口感,配上黑松露奶油,濃香撲鼻。“焗連殼食法國田螺”,法國田螺,加上香草,釀入脆餅造的殼,外脆內鮮,產生不同層次口感。“黑松露蘑菇湯”,濃濃的蘑菇味,幽幽的松露香,再加上幼滑的忌廉,口感、味覺都享受。是餐湯:番茄湯,裏原來還有新鮮大蝦,真是喜出望外。“鮮鱸魚柳酸甜香草汁”,鱸魚煎得皮脆肉嫩,肉質保持滑溜,酸酸甜甜的,十分惹味。“燒羊鞍”,連骨的羊肉最可口,肉質爽滑彈牙,羊味出色。“雜菜燴安格斯牛腩扒”,牛腩扒腍軟入味,用袐製醬汁烹調,味道特別。甜品是提拉米蘇蛋糕,朱古力味濃,是不錯的餐後甜品。一邊欣賞熣燦的維港夜景,一邊享用精緻美食,真是賞心樂事。
