To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到新開又想去試吓😍，一人揾食嘅好處就係大多唔洗等好耐，指定動作入店量體溫加安心，入坐後見隔板貼咗指示QR Code點餐，店員隨即遞上，嘩！真係十五十六唔知食邊個好😂😂😂決定貪心啲，北海道帆立貝大赤蝦丼定食環境幾舒服，好和風我嘅餐嚟啦！店員告知左邊碟係壽司豉油，右邊係點天婦羅嘅，嘩食茶碗蒸先，蛋嫩蝦爽，前菜（普通），味噌湯好多料喎（蘿蔔、甘筍、薯仔、蒟蒻同炸豆皮），天婦羅（🍤、南瓜🎃同冬菇），丼飯（帆立貝有三件、赤蝦兩隻新鮮同三文魚籽唔腥）、甜品黑糖配好似水玄玉咁嘅好飽足呀！
