To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公話知道容記喺太子開業。佢話以前容記喺深水埗福華街,都頗出名嘅小炒王,老闆容哥聽説喺由菲律賓回流香港開鋪。佢話帶我去試下。一於收工後就去試新嘢。餐廳位於太子地鐵站不遠處,交通非常方便。餐廳位於一樓,地方光猛,整潔。到達時已經喺晚上九點多,餐廳仍然有很多食客。老公已點好菜,等我嚟到就上菜。先上燉湯, 味道清甜。半隻招牌雞。再上「洗衣機蒜香骨」,個名咁奇怪。經理話以前真的用洗衣機攪拌肉骨,因此得名老公點左佢鐘意食嘅懷舊菜-焗魚腸。都吾錯,蛋香味混和胡椒粉,可去除魚腥味。花膠浸菜,清渶點嚟配肉 還有飯後甜品,桂花糕,味道不錯。
