這個極具玩味的小球內有乾坤,插著的是濃郁的特製牛尾汁,把汁擠入炸脆的麵包球內,然後把麵包球浸湯汁,和甜甜的蕃茄粒一起吃,味道很有特色,裡面的碎菇口感很鮮明,還有羅勒吊味,慢慢吃讓牛味和蕃茄甜味撞在一起,想要脆脆口感的話可以不用把牛尾汁全部打進去喔。

本來主食是燒鴿,不過考慮到季節關係選擇了只有這個時間才會有的野鴨入饌,全晚我最喜歡的就真的是它😍這款比較限量的野鴨肉汁豐富,加上零脂肪,可以好好品嚐香濃鴨香,沾上味道突出的紅菜頭purée,每一件都讓你有強烈的滿足感,旁邊的焦糖大蒜也是驚艷之作,大蒜用了幾個小時處理,利用焦糖打走蒜味,令大家更容易入口,淋上的橙醬汁把甜味再次提升,說實話真的完全不覺得是大蒜,強烈建議大家和鴨肉一起吃~

神秘的甜品有兩款選擇,怕甜的可以選擇蛋,愛甜的可以選擇Bomb。這裡要提醒大家一定要準備好手機拍攝,因為兩款甜品都是會燒起來!😍Bomb其實是朱古力脆皮做成閃閃球體,裡面包著濃郁奶香的rum酒提子味手打雪糕,淋上rum酒在點火,看著朱古力慢慢融化,裡面的雪糕慢慢出現,每一口都是濃郁酒香,和甜甜的雪糕搭配,最好是有提子乾提升口感,好吃!

另一款則是自家製焦糖cream brûlée,被神秘的黑紙包著,點火後就看到brûlée,外表平實的它口感非常綿密,這可是大廚早年學會來的正宗秘方,所以蛋香比較突出甜度都想對低,這個口感會令你留下印象。
