與好友相聚,黎咗公司附近呢間「鉄人旨花」試下鐵板燒,成日路經門口,終於有機會上去食啦!門口啲花花裝飾好靚,入到去仲聞到淡淡的花香味,首先有一列壽司吧,轉角仲有三大張鐵板燒枱,店內仲有兩間VIP房,適合和閨蜜密密斟密密食,不過今日我哋食鐵板燒,梗係坐喺枱前邊望住師傅燒啦!我哋揀咗個「伊勢海老鐵板燒」( $2288/2人)套餐,先上個沙律,除咗菜仲有可愛嘅車厘蘿蔔和健康嘅藜麥,配上醋,清新得來又酸酸地好開胃。跟住見到侍應把一對食材放在我們前面,很期待師傅開始表演啦!先來一度「汁煮白鱈魚」,師傅用純屬嘅手勢將白鱈魚煎得外脆內嫩,用煮魚汁加上魚油本身十分香滑,好好味。師傅煎塊魚皮都好細心慢慢煎,將乳豬皮一樣香脆。先好過主角,師傅仲好細心咁切靚個裝飾,放上溫室培育嘅坂本菊、玫瑰花瓣和薄荷葉,店員提醒原來連塊花瓣都食得,好有趣啊!第二道菜係龍蝦,醬汁用咗龍蝦膏加海膽去製造, 十分鮮甜,龍蝦起肉方便進食,很喜愛那種煎過嘅燒烤味道,龍蝦肉彈牙爽口。伴碟有海草,爽口有招投,可以撈埋啲海膽汁食,一滴都唔浪費!跟住嚟一個忌廉白蘆筍配波子椰菜,白蘆筍爽脆多汁,波子椰菜細細的很可愛,索咗啲忌廉汁入去好好味,好鍾
