疫情問題去唔到日本不知不覺已經有兩年了,早前見到日本大島San拍片分享呢間大阪師傅主理鐵板燒已經好想試。餐廳比較細,所以都幾難訂位,連續問左好幾日都只有9點至有位。當晚叫左好多野食,諗住好好解下思鄉之情,係咪叫驚為天人又唔係,但係當你真係太耐無去日本時食到少少果陣風味,加上野食唔太差時係真係幾滾動。唯一要講既係,得兩位師傅煮野人手好唔夠,啲order根本做唔切,講緊我地入座都已經唔係正常晚餐時間都要等咁耐,加上日本人文化有食客請飲酒即使工作緊佢地都會飲,果晚都見有唔少日本人,請左師傅飲酒,所以可能有影響到出餐真係好慢好慢,好似食左個法國餐咁,平均一道菜等20-30分鐘今次用餐安排係bar枱位置所以可以睇到哂師傅煮既過程,總結,野食不錯,係真係要預時間當食法國餐咁食,同埋一定一定要訂位同要求坐bar枱,唔係等上菜既時間咁長坐order 枱會好無癮。
