To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情第四波又蔓延起來,真令人心情煩悶,三點三落街行一行,食過下午茶☕️希望能令心情好啲!厚切滑蛋🥚治配王牌生炸雞髀🍗$37厚切麵飽同香滑牛油炒蛋🧈,大大口咬落去,好味😋而生炸雞髀要做到外層脆卜卜丶內裏嫩滑多汁就最好味道,重點在於調教可以令雞腿肉汁非常 Juicy 的醃料。有些茶餐廳的炸雞髀煮得又乾又柴,有的會做炸滷水髀(即先煮後炸),有的調味太鹹,總是不合心水。今次生炸雞髀,做得酥脆可口。不妨一試,再配一杯即磨咖啡☕️......明天會更好💪💪💪
