To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夏日炎炎，胃口欠佳，在街上總是想喝杯清涼的飲品消暑。這天來到旺角shopping，經過了花斑茶社，就決定先買杯飲料喝。我點了一杯完熟蘋果四季春冰茶。($28) 茶底可以選紅茶或四季春，我就點了四季春茶。裡面有完熟蘋果粒粒果肉，茶味也很明顯，喝下去味道酸酸甜甜，可以開胃又解渴，非常適合夏天飲用。另外友人點了一杯焙茶鮮奶(熱) ($36)，入口有濃濃的焙茶香，感覺更有茶葉的質感，可見很足料呢。友人點了少甜，甜度剛好。📍花斑茶社 @abouteahk
