去荃灣The Mills之後,順手入埋深井食陳記燒鵝。周末超旺場,7點已經9成滿,唔訂枱真係要等等。茶位 $5。環境不錯,香港味道濃厚,有不少大枱,很多家庭來吃飯,也有卡位,少人都坐得舒服。店員下單的字體很美,值得紀念一下。燒鵝 ($165/下庄 )食燒鵝都可以食得好有要求,識食一定揀下庄,鵝皮脆,鵝肉鮮,啖啖肉,配的酸甜梅子醬也有水準。椒鹽鮮魷 ($88)椒鹽味很香,炸衣薄,炸得很酥脆,魷魚夠彈牙,蘸醋吃,能提味。蒜茸粉絲蒸蟶子皇($38/隻,兩隻起)蟶子很大隻,蒜蓉的香味很重,粉絲入晒味。白灼海蝦 ($104/半斤)新鮮蝦子,白灼最好吃,還有蝦膏,吃到蝦子的精粹。可樂$10
