同事仔請食散水飯🍚 估唔到係去鏞記😮 對上一次黎應該係幾年前餐business lunch🤔係老蘭gateway既無敵荀位,一入門就有人招呼🤗 金黃色既牆身裝飾豪氣萬千,呢份氣派歷久常新💖 係右手電梯上到黎一樓坐低,全場坐唔滿,一兩枱係商務客開會,另外都主要係遊客🇨🇳Menu 📙 複雜啲組合多到數唔完,要點菜確實有難度🙄 先黎有出名既酸薑皮蛋 🥚 對半開連紫薑上,光滑既表面帶住流心蛋黃,用酸薑去夾住一啖放入口,咬破薑既微妙厚度,到達啫喱質地既皮蛋,最後抵達中心既溶岩,三層口感係呢道前菜特點💪燒味三併,叉燒🐽 燒鵝🦆油雞🐔, 燒鵝全脆既表皮搭配醬汁,加埋碗小小瀨粉,見到鵝油係湯面水漣漪般散開😮 香香既油汁點亮清湯同瀨粉;叉燒燒得微焦夠香,汁料係表面凝固咗一層透明護膜💗除咗呢兩個菜外,其他都唔算特出😑梅子排骨🐖有啲得意,上枱個梅子醬係分開無放落肉度🤔 肉質還算可以鳳眼果炒蝦球 🦐 ,啲蝦唔算最鮮,未到彈牙,大小亦都唔大一致炸豆腐直頭係失色👊 溫度唔夠之餘,表面亦炸得唔脆🙄兩個蔬菜還算可以,但同外頭中餐館比唔算突出😶埋單四個人成二千幾銀💵 除左裝修,地點,叉燒,燒鵝同個皮蛋外,我睇唔出點解
