To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃完豐富的主餐之後,餐廳也就送來四款精緻的甜品,好滿足一眾甜魔,分別有:先來的有棉花糖夾心餅配軟朱古力撻全麥雪榚,在結實的朱古力撻之上,可鋪有一塊圓身的棉花糖,更用上火槍烘焦過,當濃郁搭上香甜,效果可為相得益彰。再加多一塊脆身的全麥餅,再打多個巧克力雪榚,可滿足一眾濃味的朱古力痴。再來一個青檸芝士蛋榚配令鮮莓及薑糖雪榚,芝士餅是本人的至愛之一,再濃香的乳酪味道中,可夾雜著青檸的開胃清新,再加上檸檬乾、鮮草莓及藍莓,啫喱軟糖,以及薑糖雪榚,其所帶出的味道,可為適合年輕的食客群,甚至是小朋友的至愛。跟著送來一個玻璃罌,內裡擁有一大堆物事,可分辨的只有香蕉一項,其餘的只有不知的褐色物體,面層還有一大堆醬汁,同場還有一件芭芙,所能肯定的,是這個Rum酒忌廉香蕉杯配牛奶糖漿及椰子雪葩,集香、甜、軟、滑、脆、濃於一身,同場一眾食友,一人分得一至數口,可真十分開心。最後的朱古力梳乎里,上桌時稍為有點塌身,不過吃下去的味道還不錯,質感固然軟滑,濃香味道亦重。後記:好高興參與是次活動,可能較少這些高檔餐廳的用餐經驗,無論是餐廳的環境、酒類及小吃的配置,美味的食物,與及週到的服務等等,都令到筆者大開眼界,

好高興參與是次活動,可能較少這些高檔餐廳的用餐經驗,無論是餐廳的環境、酒類及小吃的配置,美味的食物,與及週到的服務等等,都令到筆者大開眼界,期間亦能結識到一些「聞名已久」的食友,印象怎能不佳........只是這些都屬個人感覺,未能全面反映到餐廳的真正實力,由於需要「交場」的關係,個別行程不免急了一點,如果要招待真金白銀的食客,這方面可要留意一下了。

臨走再看看正式的餐牌,倒發覺價錢沒想像中那麼貴,所以也希望有朝一日,能夠以消費者的角度,再度親身前往一躺。
