To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天晚上又約了男朋友吃晚飯，因為大家都不是很肚餓，又不想吃麵，飯。我就提議到IKEA食晚餐，貪佢多嘢揀又可以少食多滋味。見到餐牌上面有酥炸鹹豬手，咁大隻豬手好吸引，就叫咗嚟試吓。大大隻豬手都只係$63，伴碟有酸椰菜同埋焗薯仔。鹹豬手炸得外脆內軟，脆皮非常滋味，只係皮厚部份有少少難咬。肉都十分容易切，入邊嘅肉仍然保持到肉汁。連埋少少皮加埋伴碟嘅醬汁一齊食不得了，超出預期。另外我哋仲叫咗煙三文魚沙律同蔬菜薯餅加多一支西柚汁，成為咗我哋嘅豐富晚餐。
